Magnetic Fields

What are the effects of the cosmic rays on the earth magnetic field? and in what proportion it will contibute to the generation of earthquakes? Just imagine that even an infinitesimal change in the magnetic field of the earth (wich will be imperseptible) can influence the dynamics of the inner part of the earth. The solide nucleus then the liquid magma which act just like a dynamo. a variation in the field means a variation in the speed of the fluids so a variation of the potential energies generated and the momentums. This energy has to be dissipated somewhere... Earthquake?? Vulcanos... etc.. Simple thoughts.....

Why This Title?

Often somme funny ideas come to my mind about subject I woudn't particularly think of! Few days ago one of them rang a bell! "In stead of imposing a CO2 taxe to the polluters an "Oxygen Taxe" should be imposed on those contries polluting the most. This taxe should be used to preserve the rain forest all over the world and to provide the populations around it enough food to not destroy it. Simple on paper! I know! Not easy to implement... It was just an idea! A departure point.
